Services
Custom software and automation services for small businesses
Internal systems, automation with human review, websites that capture leads, and monthly evolution. Everything starts with a review of your operation and is delivered in phases you see working.
A 20-minute review
- Custom systems
- Automation and AI
- A website that sells
- Continuous evolution
The call decides which of the four, or whether none of them yet.
The entry point
It all starts with the operations review
Before writing a line of code, we document how things are done today: the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp threads, the forms, the odd case. Out of that comes a list of what to automate first, what later and what not at all, and a phased proposal with a fixed price per phase. The 20-minute call is free; the full review is credited to the project if you start with us.

Systems
Custom systems
For businesses whose operation depends on one person, a spreadsheet and memory. Inventory per warehouse, point of sale, offline route sales, credit and collections, cash, purchases, commissions, reports; or scheduling, records and billing in a clinic. Delivered in phases, with automated tests and manuals. Reference: a 19-module ERP in production.

Automation
Automation and AI
For the task one person does by hand every day: capturing WhatsApp orders, payment reminders, the weekly report, reading invoices into a table. One bounded flow, in production in two or three weeks, with an alert whenever a person is needed.

Presence
A website that sells
For firms, consultancies and clinics that win by referral and do not show up online, or show up without verifiable credentials. A site with WhatsApp and form capture, copy built from real data, and measurement.

Evolution
Continuous evolution
For clients with a riel system in production and a business that keeps changing. Monitoring, monthly verified backups, defect fixes and improvements prioritized with you, with a monthly report.

| A B2B consultancy or firm | A website that sells | Quoting and automatic follow-up; Continuous evolution |
What we do not do
When we will recommend something else
- If what you need is tax invoicing or accounting, an off-the-shelf product serves you better; we connect it to your operation if needed.
- If your operation is standard and packaged software fits, we tell you on the call.
- If the process changes every week, it is not ready to automate; it gets fixed by hand first.
- We do not sell loose hours or “an app like Uber” with no operation behind it.
FAQ
FAQ
Do I have to pay for the review?
The 20-minute call is free. The full review, with a working session, a look at your real files and a phased proposal, is paid; it is credited in full to the deposit if you start the project with riel. The document is useful even if you work with another provider.
Can I hire a single automation without a full system?
Yes. The automation sprint solves one bounded flow in two or three weeks. If it later needs its own screens and data, it becomes phase one of a system without redoing the work.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, when it is part of the sales system. We run one of our own, InovaTienda, with about 3,932 products and card and cash payments.
Do you work with companies outside Mexico?
Yes, remotely, in Spanish and English. The method is the same.
Four lines of work, one method
Review, written definition, phases with a deliverable, building with tests, verification with evidence, documented handover. The same path in all four lines.
