What you can see working
Four real projects: before, after, and how each one is tested
Two clients and two businesses of our own. For each one we say what existed before, what ended up working, how much was tested and what was left out. No figure without a source.

We are a new company with a method that is not. Here you will find two client projects and two businesses we run ourselves. We say so because we would rather you compare four documented cases than twenty logos without context. Each case shows what was delivered, what was not, and how many tests it passed before going live.
The route closes itself and the driver sells without signal: the Distribuidora del Golfo ERP
- Wholesale and retail distributor with a central warehouse and trucks on route, Morelos, Mexico.
- Before: “control is manual and scattered”; inventory lived in a spreadsheet with three blocks of columns pasted side by side.
- Now: drivers sell and collect from their phones offline; route closing, cash cut and credit limits are computed by the database.
19 modules · 6 phases · about six weeks · 1,148 automated tests · in production since 18 August 2026 · 183 products imported from the client's spreadsheet
See the full case →A site that captures leads on WhatsApp and publishes nothing unapproved: Cessca
- Occupational health and safety consultancy, Cuautla, Morelos.
- Goal: an industrial buyer finds the firm, verifies its credentials and writes on WhatsApp. No online store, by project rule.
- How: ten pages, six service lines, an in-house lab for seven Mexican standards, four CONOCER certifications; an editorial lock blocks any draft text from going live.
10 pages · 7 templates · 126 drafts blocked as of 18 August 2026 · 4 of 7 sub-projects integrated
See how it is being built →An online store with about 3,932 products that takes cards and OXXO cash: InovaTienda
- Online store for medical and dental supplies, run by us (tiendainova.com).
- Six-category catalog, search, comparison, cart and coupons re-validated server-side before charging.
- Every order deducts stock and sends a Telegram alert; admin panel with bulk editing from Excel.
~3,932 products · Stripe cards + OXXO · prices re-validated against the database before charging · 128 commits between June and July 2026
See how it runs →A dental lab landing page where the owner swaps photos without touching code
- Dental prosthetics lab selling to dentists; our own business.
- Eight sections and a gallery with three modes: before/after, mosaic and carousel.
- An image component of our own so photos change without a developer; zero dependencies, zero build step.
8 sections · 3 gallery modes · 0 dependencies · no domain published yet; we say it as it is
See the build →No publishable clinic case yet. We would rather say so than fill the gap. If you run a clinic, this is what we would build first.
See what we would build for a clinic →What you will see in each case
- 01Client and industry.
- 02The problem in their words.
- 03Before: how it was run.
- 04Solution by phases.
- 05What was not delivered, named.
- 06Technology, after the effect on the operation.
- 07Process: written definition, tests before code, quality gate, documented handover.
- 08Verified metrics and the missing ones, marked.
- 09Gallery with demo data.
- 10Testimonial, when one exists.
What you will not see
Savings percentages we have not measured. Testimonials we wrote ourselves. Logos without written permission. Screenshots with real customer data. If a figure is missing, it shows as pending.
FAQ
About the cases
Can I see the ERP working?
Yes, with demo data, on a call. Never with client data.
Why include your own businesses?
Because they run every day with real money and show how we build when the client is us.
Will you publish more cases?
Every project that closes and that the client authorizes in writing.
Does your operation look like one of these?
Inventory in spreadsheets, quotes in Word, appointments over WhatsApp. In 20 minutes we tell you whether a custom system, an off-the-shelf product or nothing yet is the right call.
