Custom software and applied AI for small businesses
Your operation stops depending on a spreadsheet and one person.
riel builds the internal system your team uses every day —inventory, quotes, collections, scheduling, reports— starting from how you work today. We deliver in phases you see working before paying for the next one, and the code, data and backups stay in your name.

The problem
Sound familiar?
Inventory lives in a spreadsheet with three blocks pasted side by side
And they do not always match each other, or the warehouse.
Orders and quotes arrive on WhatsApp
And nobody knows where each one stands.
I don't know how much customers owe me until Friday
Customer credit lives in the memory of whoever collects.
Every question comes to me
Because you are the only one who knows how everything works.
Hours go every week to reconciling, chasing and redoing. The business cannot grow because you are the system.
Which one is you?
Three kinds of business, one pattern
01
Inventory · routes · collections
Distributors and inventory-heavy businesses
Warehouse, trucks on route, customer credit and cash that never matches. A system where drivers sell without signal and route closing computes itself.
How we solve it for distributors →02
Scheduling · records · WhatsApp
Clinics and practices
Scheduling over WhatsApp, no-shows, records in folders. Appointments that confirm themselves and a record you open in seconds.
How we solve it for clinics →03
Website · quoting · follow-up
B2B consultancies and firms
No website, or one that does not capture; quotes in Word; follow-up in the partner's WhatsApp. A site that brings qualified requests and a quoting tool that answers the same day.

What you see: everything in your name, ready to continue without us.
You pay per phase. No phase is settled until you accept it working.

It is truly yours
You can continue without riel. That is the goal.
- Code in your repository and the system deployed on your accounts.
- Database, domain and backups in your name; daily encrypted backup with a tested restore.
- User manual inside the system and a technical manual so any developer can continue.
- A requirements-met document: what was delivered, what stayed partial and why.
Case study
The route closes itself and the driver sells without signal
Distribuidora del Golfo ran inventory, routes, credit and cash by hand. Today the driver sells from a phone even without signal, the system syncs when the network returns, and route closing compares what must be handed in against what is delivered.
- Nineteen modules in six phases
- 1,148 automated tests
- 183 products imported from their own spreadsheet
- Daily encrypted backup in the client's account
Six phases, each accepted working before the next one started
- Catalog and inventoryaccepted
- Purchasing and costsaccepted
- Point of sale and cashaccepted
- Routes and driver appaccepted
- Customer creditaccepted
- Reports and handoveraccepted
AI with judgment
Artificial intelligence where it saves hours, and where it does not, we say so
We use it to read invoices and fill the table, answer frequent WhatsApp questions and hand the rest to a person, or send the weekly report on its own. Always with a clear boundary, a log of every action and human review on anything irreversible. If your process changes every week, it is not time yet, and we will say so in the review.

What people ask before writing to us
How much does a custom system cost?
It is quoted per phase, with a written scope and a fixed price for each. The first phase is small and already solves something. In the review we compare it against what the manual process costs today and against off-the-shelf software plus implementation.
How long does it take?
Stated per phase, with a date. The last system we delivered, a 19-module ERP, took about six weeks. What delays a project most is client data and decisions; that is why the review asks for them first.
What if my team does not use it?
The system is designed from how they work today, in their words, and tested in the field before the phase closes. It includes role-based training and a user manual inside the system.
What if I would rather buy off-the-shelf software?
If your operation is standard, we tell you on the call and recommend one. If it has its own rules, like extending credit on route or selling without signal, packaged software will force you to change the business or pay for customizations.
Do you work outside Mexico?
Yes. We are based in Puebla and work remotely, in Spanish and English, with clients in Mexico, Latin America and English-speaking markets.
Twenty minutes to know whether it makes sense
Tell us how you run it today. We tell you what to automate first, what not to, and whether packaged software would serve you better than a custom system. No cost, no commitment.
